ok so i just got busted for selling weed to a girl at my school. last wednesday i sold it to her and then the next day she came to school got cought with it and said she got it from me. i got expled and i have to go to court we have a GOOD lawyer and all and it was my first affense ever. i just want to know what the judge may give me for punishment. (and yes is was on school property.)

You are probably underage and this thread will be closed. I left a similar one open last week and it really didn't go anywhere. It's sad because they expel people that really need to stay in school and learn, both book sense and common sense. It looks like you would benefit more to be in school still than not.
If you have a good lawyer, haven't you asked him what you might get? Anyway, I would be more worried about beating the charges than what happens if I lose. That's just me though because I have a winner's mentality. It sounds like the case is filmsy. You didn't say that they found anything on you or did they? I'm almost positive you can't be convicted just because she said she you sold her weed. Uncorroborated witness testimony is usually inadmissible.
That girl sounds like she has problems too, not least of which is that she can't be trusted, and you should learn better in the future who you associate with, friends or acquaintances.
I hope you learn from this without it permanently affecting your record because you shouldn't be getting arrested while you're still in high school. Time to make some tough choices that are going to have a profound effect on your life.
