Tulare man is preparing to have his marijuana returned by the police.
Richard Daleman is a medical marijuana user. He is authorized by the state of California to have pot, and a lot of it, for medicinal purposes.
But earlier this year he was arrested by the Tulare County sheriff's department, and had all his bud confiscated.
He went back to court and last week, a the judge ruled he could have it all back.
