wavy leaves

I have 3 lowryders, 2 are seedlings and 1 of the seedlings have wavy leaves, and I don't know why. I read the other posts using 'wavy leaves' as a search term and it came up with nothing related. I thought I might need to water but they're not wilting, and I'm using coco...

sorry, my webcam sucks, it focuses better on faraway things but if i get too far then the leaves are too far to see the waves

I've got the exact same problems with 1 of my 8 day old plants, the leaves arent curling up or under they're just a bit curly/wavy-like, I've also noticed that some leaves are a bit droopy, the plants not really symmetrical either, cant upload any pics - no camera, sry
