Blood test + urine test

A friend of mine will have a urine test and blood test tomorrow afternoon. He's done a few cigs and snorted a few vicodins. Best thing I could tell him was to drink lots of juice and water, and carry somebody's piss with him in a condom. Is there anything else I should tell him?

Blood tests only test for alcohol, so as long as he isn't drunk when he goes in to take the test he will be fine. As for the urine, it sounds like you've already got him covered.
