help! clones flowering too soon

hi i have 4 young clones in my little propagator, no roots have shown yet and they have been there for just over 2 weeks and they have been left on my bathroom windowsil. in the UK the present hours in the day is about 14 hours of light but my clones have decided to flower :mad:
my TL lamp broke a couple of weeks ago and i didnt have the money to buy a new bulb so thats why they are on the window. the buds are looking like they are about 2 weeks into flower if not more but they have no roots.
i have only given them water no nutes. is there anything i can do to stop them from flowering too soon? everything's going pete tong for me :(

Buy a new bulb, they aren't too much money. You should have been saving these 2 weeks and bought a new bulb.

put your babies back under 24 hours of light per day. they will revert, but it will take a while. when they do revert expect some weird single or triple leaflets.
