how does everyone clean there cloners between rounds?

Run H2O2 through the system at high concentration. Like 30% at 15 mL per gallon or even higher if no plants are in.

i run it with clean water and bleach for 24 hours...

Go with the peroxide over the bleach. If you do end up using bleach make sure it has been dried very well. If there is any peroxide left over it won't matter.
