black tips, PICTURES.. please help with diagnostic!!

brand new plant under LED lighting, there is one picture of the plant itself and another of the problem of the plants which i have circled within the picture..

Short of any other info, my guess is slight overwatering.
Kinda difficult to tell with those thumbnail photos, though. :thumbsup:
