Hey guys, ignorant has a question for you all....

I'm in Los ANgeles. I have been using medical marijuana for some time now. I was in the real estate industry for a while, and I have access to some really killer properties all over really good parts of LA for dirt cheap.

I would like to convert one of these spaces into a place where medical marijuana patients can receive medicine. I don't know what the differences between collectives and co-ops and dispensaries are. I also don't know what kind of process I need to go through to make this happen?

Anyone who could guide me through all of this, it would be much appreciated.

lawyer up ! ... in all likelihood, you will face opposition from the local police, and city administrators (California is getting pretty fed up with the whole 'dispensary' idea, I predict it will be discontinued in the not too far-off future) ... the guy that wrote Prop. 215, was on the '60 Minutes' TV show, saying the whole dispensary plan he wrote, was bad law, and was a mistake :wtf: ... best to find out ahead of time, before investing your money ... just my opinions, of course :smokin:

produce as good a written licence as you possibly can and make sure anybody has access to a copy if they want, get one of those old properties and excavate the underneath and fortify that big old hole up as good as you can, isolate the authorities you fear and invite them over, terrify them beyond their senses and if necessary chuck em in the pit and replace them with preprogrammed drug friendly robots and start a heavily fortified and violently defended cafe, one day the military will give up and chaching quids in...
