However much you want, compared to the sun your inside lights aren't going to be too powerful.
I would get some more CFLs. I have 3 CFls on one plant plus two t-8 grow lights and I still wish I had more. It is somewhat personal preference though. Usually the more light the better as long as its not too hot and you aren't burning your plants.
I was thinking about getting two 105W cfl's four 23-26W cfl's and two-four 30 or 40W cfl's just for a couple of plants the more the light the better

check out my grows. i use cardboard boxes and CFLs. i get good results with 4x 26W bulbs. but that is in a box with correct temperature, ventalation etc. and see nice results.
especially check out the beginning of the second grow.
