BiG DOPE DUMP

Hey All... this is my first time grow and Im thinking todays the day for the one. Who Knows What They're Talking About!?

I have 3 small plants going... the (2) Im focused on at the moment are pictured below. These pitures were taken about 5 days ago now.

I'm thinking its time to cut the Banana Kush today after I take a look for some amber... I have the little Radio Shack Microscope with light on it.

Obviously the plants did'nt veg to welll because of the lack of light.


As for Curing....

I will cut it and hang it for three days, then put it into a large paper bag and open it to swirl around once a day for a week til ready...

Any professional observations here welcomed??

Looks good. The ripper looks like it still needs a few weeks.

Whats your idea of the simple curing process? I have not put anything into these other than water... I dont want to ruin this in the curing phase.

Anything?

I dry my plants similar to your idea usually hang for 4-6 days then brown bag for a few days watching moisture content when they feel dry i mason jar them and open a few times a day to cure for 2-4 weeks gives alot of taste and odor to material. Your plants look real nice.Peace

I put nothing but water in them this time around.

During my last cure the buds I had "crumbled" to the touch.

I dont know if I cured them tooo long in glass jar and I burped them for about 3 weeks...

OR

If it was putting them in the fridge during the cure for awhile too.

Either way they were trashed... DRY!

I want to do this right

I usually hang mine after trimming for about 1 week, then move them to plastic bags and burt them for about an hour everyday for about a week. Its hard sometimes to hit that happy medium of dry but not to dry. The dry stuff still works quite well for blunts. I roll them real tight so they burn very slow.

When your stuff gets overly dry; skin a orange or lemon shave off the white part of skin(pith) so you have thin piece of orange or yellow skin ,drop in jar with buds they will usually moisten back up overnight. Keep an eye on them as some have said they got mold I have never had that problem. Good luck

obviously properly cured buds are a lot better than dry buds, but as lil wayne once said, "I'm on dat dry kush."

Those are flowering outdoors right now? How long have they been out there? (It's barely spring) How much time do you think you'll have before they start reverting back to veg?

What kind of professional observations are you looking for?
Both are stunted, one is overnuted.
You live in the desert, and have a tiny patio.
