auto LST crunch

hey guys i was doing some lst on my auto's"pulling them to the side a lil bit,and i herd a crunch.nothing broke that i could see,i believe the crunch came from a flowering shoot??will this hurt the plant in any way its ln the second week of flowering well pistil growing no bud yet but its getting seeded as a few hairs are dark colored so i hope it got seeded...im only worried as these are autos and i guess if stuff goes wrong they have no time to recover?? any info would be good......another question for my female im using 2 42 watt cfls is this ok for one plant i have 3 going 1 male 1 female and one that just doesnt want to start showing sex grrr im going to put it outside in 2 weeks and see what happens ..im not looking to get bud just seeds really....so is the lights good enough i can add to more 42 watters if needed....
