Knowledge of the Hookah anyone? Do you put water in this?

I just bought this Havana Hookah. It didn't come with instructions. It has a chamber at the bottom that looks like you would put water in it. The ceramic bowl on top is huge. I thought I'd modify it with a regular steel bowl. I found it at a little podunk gas station. Can I use this?

First things first, put water in the glass part at the bottom. Second, you don't need to change the bowl. That should be packed full of shisha or a shisha/weed mix. Next put some tinfoil with poked holes on top, Then put the coal on top of that. If you don't want the tinfoil smoke then there should be a metal grate that came with it or you could make one.

yes do not overfill the base though, or water will get in your hose

fill the base with water about half an inch past your downstem, the metal rod going into your base, then get about 10 ice cubes, crush them. and place them in the base with the water.

then put your hooka together and when you put the bowl on:

put starbuzz tobacco in the bowl, break up the tobacco so it goes on the bowl lightly dont pack it. then use about 2g of something dank, i prefer a sour diesel, so i dont get tired and it goes well with the tobacco. break the buds in a grinder and put on top of your tobacco.

then use foil shinny side out. rap the bowl, use ur finger to seal the foil to the rim of the bowl. then poke holes around the outside of the bowl with a nail. then one sightly lager hole in the middle.

next heat real coals not instant light, and place 3 decent ones as close to the edge of the bowl as possible
...then enjoy

i do this once a while with a mia, but imo its a wast of med
