Does your town need a hydroponic store??

My boyfriend and I are writing a business plan and would like to open a hydroponic store. We are looking for an area that does not have one, absolutely anywhere in California. If your town or city could use one or another, please let me know.

y not look up the stores via google or look into opening near a dispensary?

your going to run into a couple of problems around the bay area,some suppliers wont even talk with you unless you have 50k credit to put down and have 3 references "hydrofarm from petaluma does this" you wont be able to get canna products if you within a 25 mile radius of another store selling there stuff.you could try s.f seems like most of there stores have shut there doors and there might be several good locations out there to try and see,however rent there is outrageus prolly looking ast 7 grand a month for any location that you might be able to pull in some good cash.
