light proplems

ok so ive been having problems with my 400 watt hps i just redid my whole elektrical setup cause it would fire on nd off for what idk so now its on a dedicated 20amp breaker and ive just got it out the shop new cap and ignitor installed oh yeah and its the 400 wit the ballest attached my problem is when the house a\c cut on my light cut off:wtf: or when i run the dishwasher lol:jointsmile: or cook on the stove:mad::(:wtf: but its like after the surge 2min later lights on tried surge protecter no go also i have 2 90amp breaks going to my panel and its on 12\2 romex is it my light or power 20 amps for a 4 amp light i just wanna grow my own smoke :(

I had a ballast that liked to over heat...so i aimed a fan at it,after that it was fine...

my room temp never hits over 85 and thats with the meter on the hood thnks for the fast reply tho
