Is elmer glue a good substitute?

I got the supplies for a cheapy cloner, $18 , anyways, i forgot my aquarium glue! what would be a safe substitute for my clones :mad: please and thank you

If it doesn't say waterproof, I'd assume it isn't. Would the resulting mess be worth giving it a try?

Elmer's glue is not waterproof. Go back to the store! What about silicone waterproof aquarium sealer?
