MITES!!! help

just had a look at my plants and got quite a fright when i saw those black little f#ckers running around... went and bought some organic spray but now that i look at the ingredients i dunno if i should use it...

ingredients are:
canola oil.... 250.0g/l
garlic extract from allium sativa 642.0g/l
pyrethrins(extract from flowers of chrysanthemum cinerariaefloium) 14.0g/l
piperonyl butoxide (synergist) 50.0g/l

plants are budding nicely and dont wanna spray it without finding out if the garlic will affect the buds taste? if it does what else could i use?
