"Here it is - the final version of the bill we intend to introduce into the state Assembly and Senate. Feel free to send a copy of this to your elected officials and ask them to support it.
We tried to be as encompassing as possibly while avoiding the pitfalls of other states, and any flaws can be worked out during debate in the legislature. I'd love to hear what people think of the bill!"

Sounds good! PA would be a big eastern achievement if at least medical MJ legislation passed. There are a lot of sick people in Philadelphia, some I know personally who need their medicine. States are really stepping up to get the word out and really "do something" about our MJ laws. Kudos to PA, I hope they open their eyes and remember the freedoms which this country was founded on. :hippy:

Derek, you guys did a real good job. The only major disagreement that I have is the state registry. This gives that state access to a patients health records and this information is privileged information between a doctor and a patient. Requiring a patient to give this information to the state is an infringment on the patient's privacy. Maybe something like have the state only seeing a doctor's authorization, but still the registry is a very bad idea.
Do we have a registry for alcoholics????? How about a registry for Viagra users????
Still, I like the bulk of the bill and it defines things pretty clearly.
