Are those cannabis...? (kidding)
Looking fine for now. What kind of potting mix are you going to use after transplant? (2 or 3 more weeks) Please don't say you are using MG soil, and are adding MG nutes already, lol. Looks like the stuff you are in now is a seedling mix, which is too fine for mature ladies. If you can, try and stay away from time-release soils, but I started with an all-MG garden, and it is possible to make it work. You'll want some sort of micronute product, as MG nutes need a little help. (superthrive at 1 drop per gallon)
Now is the time to start developing a regular feeding/watering program. "Every two or three days" won't cut it in the long run, and you'll get better, more consistent results with a schedule.
It's been a while since I used the MG, but I believe that the vague directions (dilution strength) are for a two-week feeding schedule. For established seedlings and rooted clones, I think I was giving 1/4 tsp per gallon, twice a week. After a couple of weeks of this, (4th or 5th internode) I'd bump it to 1/2 tsp per gallon, twice a week. (I feed everything twice a week...less stress for the ladies from excess nutrients and ph swings) Watch for leaf-tip or leaf-edge curl and burn, which is an indicator of overfeeding.
You'll need a different nute for flower. Have any in mind?
You'll want to check the ph of your water, and if possible, the runoff ph. A ph pen is one of the best investments in equipment you can make, but there are cheaper methods, with varying results. For instance, a soil probe is cheap, but is an unreliable waste of money. Aquarium ph test kits are cheap to test your tapwater, but you can't use it for accurate run-off ph. (the color-coded results are skewed by tinted run-off water)
Keep up the good work, and let us know how it's going.

hey.. my plants are just over a month and I've been told they look small.. (BTW my plants are about a foot high. I'm using about 273W of CFL 1x125 2k and 1x125 7k ..
I'd try and add more lighting, water them only every 3 days. Allow the plants natural cycle to exist...
I'd be concerned if I were you at those sizes :) somethings wrong, somewhere..
