"Health care professional," for purposes of this chapter only, means
a physician licensed under chapter 18.71 RCW
a physician assistant licensed under chapter 18.71A RCW
an osteopathic physician licensed under chapter 18.57 RCW
an osteopathic physicians' assistant licensed under chapter 18.57A RCW
a naturopath licensed under chapter 18.36A RCW
an advanced registered nurse practitioner licensed under chapter 18.79 RCW.

2009 REGULAR SESSION
Feb 2 First reading, referred to Health & Long-Term Care.
Feb 19 Public hearing in the Senate Committee on Health & Long-Term Care at 10:00 AM.
Feb 24 Executive action taken in the Senate Committee on Health & Long-Term Care at 6:00 PM.
Feb 25 HEA - Majority; 1st substitute bill be substituted, do pass.
