Good Strain's For A Huge Outdoor Harvest?
Heya Guys,
Just wondering if i can pick you brains..
Im looking for an outdoor strain which pretty much will have a massive harvest..
Im looking for lots and lots of lovely buds! :rastasmoke:
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
p.s right now im looking at getting some mandela #1 seeds.
I saw some a while back that advertised 3-4 pounds a plant but all the recent strains im looking at are only around the pound mark..
Thanks in advance!!

Well I don't think we discuss massive cultivation here.

i would really prefer to only grow one plant to have 3 pounds then 3 plants for 3 pounds..
I'm not talking massive cultivation.. I know how what i said would seem to be the case lol my bad :)
I just would really like to have less water, soil, fertz to carry out into the bush and also the fact i would get in more trouble for more plants :(
Thanks!

Have you grown before? Not to put you down or anything but any new grower would be extremely lucky to pull off multiple pounds plant, and then theres the issue of quality and potency.
Although there is no doubt the strain your growing we'll have a large impact on what comes out, if you don't know how to grow, you can't expect much. Any strain (generally speaking) can be high yielding performer IF the grower knows what they're doing. My advice is to pick a strain appropriate for where you live (more north more indica, more south more sativa) and then spend MUCH time reading articles, forum threads, guides, anything you can get a hold of and familiarize yourself with the whole process so you're prepared for what you're going to do. You should also read about nutrients and see what you can afford (nutrients can make all the difference in the world).
All together what I'm trying to say is that a more experienced grower with proven methods and bunk seeds will ALWAYS outdo someone with top grade seeds who has no idea what they're doing. Good luck

Of course there are some advanced techniques you could do....
I would start her indoors asap, let her get nice and big, top her and take a clone to sex. That way you can be sure it's a girl!!
Then put it outside, LST the shit out of her and keep topping for awhile. Make that bitch a bush. That would prob be your best bet for getting a max yield off of her.
Of course this is only what I would do.

Listen dude, a) don't listen to that "you need experience and info" stuff. If you can grow tomatoes you can grow grass. I think the biggest problem I've seen in new growers is that they try to take this ultra-scientific approach to the plant and almost deify it. The first time I grew grass- about 7 or 8 years ago- I gave it plently of sunshine, plenty of space, watered it occasionally, and let the plant do the rest and I pulled off a pound and a half. Since then I've read 6 or 7 books front to back on the subject and found many interesting and useful facts about the plant. I am constantly thirsty for info, but I always keep in mind that nature, and simplicity, can always do it better than me. Oh, and b) a 3 lb. harvest off of one plant is possible and has certainly been done before, but not likely, even in optimum conditions. Peace man, and good luck.
