Change Nutrients?
Well my 1st buy I got a starter kit from TechnaFlora BC Nutrients.Technaflora Stater Pack [TFSP] : Sunshine Hydroponics, Tools to exercise your green thumb!
I am thinking of switching to Fox Farm or Advanced. Would this be a bad Idea on plants I have started already? Just 2 weeks into flowering.
Also I am still not sure who to go with. I am doing soil right now but switching to Aeroponics. I have 6 clones in the tent now in aeroponics. Looking good so far. Well I guess I am asking Who makes the best bang for the buck. I don't have a ton on money to put down but Would like to get the 3 pack and a few other things to ad into the mix.
What do you say should I make the change or just stick with what I have and get some new bottles as I run out of them(that will be soon)

I personally use the FF nutes in soil, and am always very pleased with the results.
With switching to aeroponics, all you would have to change...is everything, lol.
Why the switch? Are you having problems we may be able to help with?
Different nutrient companies put different micro's/metals/nutes in the mix, that may not compliment the nutes you started with. I'm guessing some can combine to create a toxic situation. But if no choice, with a good flush, a switch in nutes early in flower should be ok.
-But-
Is there any chance you can finish this grow, and switch on the next round? Especially if you haven't used the new nutes, and don't yet know the plants reactions. Tisn't impossible, but could get tricky.

Crap...took too ling to edit.
Anyway, FF is notorious for it congealing salts, but monthly mini-flushes (1 or 2 times the pot volume, or so) releases them. After every flush, I add Soil Syrup to the soil. (humic acid) Roots love it, plant thrives, lol. Is a great combination, IMHO.
If going with the FF system, there is no real need for the solubles. (Cha Ching, Beastie Bloomz, and Open Sesame) But If you do get the solubles, go real light with 'em. They can overdose the plants quickly if not real careful. Can create lock-out overnight. The only FF soluble I've used is the Cha Ching for late-stage trichome development, but jury is still out as to it's effectiveness.

Thanks Rusty for the info. I havn't had any problems just have seen how fast the clonesI have are growing. Also I am kinda sick of playing in dirt. I live in an aprt. and its more of a pain.
I was looking at FF after reading what others have said about it. I was really wanted to give Cha Ching a try after reading up on it. But like you said I will have to watch them so I don't burn the ol' girls.
I think I may run out by the time the grow is nearing the end. I have already ran out of sugar daddy. I am subing molasses so I didn't have to buy new stuff if im making a change.

i use TechnaFlora myself. in fact i started with the very same starter kit. the sugar daddy is, in my experience, not a necessity. they recommend it for everything yet don't include much of it in the package -- when you run out you run out. as far as the BS Boost goes though you might check your local grow shop and grab an extra bottle of that for later on as it is used in both flower and veg. and the Boost IS important to the recipe. you can probably even subsidize the sugar daddy with just a Tsp of Cane sugar and 1/2 tsp of epsom salts per 10 gal. that's what i did and my lovelies are just looking lovely.
