Okay, I have been subbing with a friends voids for a while now. To get to the point, I am wondering if the urine changes properties as it freezes and is defrosted???
If I defrosted 2ozs. and refroze within 2 hours is that urine still good to use? It was exposed to room temp. for about 2 hours (at most).

If you are worried, you could always get an adulteration hometest to make sure it is still good.
I don't remember reading anything about freezing and thawing and freezing again ruining urine.
I would buy an adulteration home test, but the test was such short notice I didn't have time. I was told with 24 hours notice. I have actually used thawed and refrozen urine up to 3 thaws (To get enough to pour into the 2oz bottle). I didn't even think about how I had to thaw it every time to get enough for the tests. So, I have to go in about 2 hours and I'm defrosting now.Quote:

So I got down there and didn't even have to submit to the ua at all.
What is the urine temperature range that the drug testers look for?
Acceptable temperature range is 90-100 degrees. I like to make sure it's at least 95
