Jesus. You're telling me there isn't a single shop in SC that sells water pipes? Have you tried Myrtle Beach. Surely they should have them.
myrtle beach has some but i am 3 hrs away savannah is 45 mins and besides myrtle beach id need to drive to greenville theres headshops here just toooooooo far away and ive never been to savannah hence this post..
and paraphanilia in SC is a 500$ civil citation...
im almost positive it isnt paraphenelia unless it has resin
