Super Tasty Vegan Ganja Freezer Candy
OK ... so here is the froward the other day i made some herbal coconut oil b/c i am close to being a a vegan and the cooked butter +ganja taste gross me out so why not use the oil of my favorite thing... ( Try a Thai coconut .... best munchies food ever but this isn't what the post is about so continuing) but anyways i was all stoned and it was like 11 at night and i had the random idea to make a creation with peanut butter and ganja oil well... it turned out super tasty and long story short i haven't posted it yet but here it is. BTW keep in mind that this is not an accurate recipe make it proportionally and to taste.:D
Things you need:
-Large mug and a medium bowl
-Spoon
-plastic wrap wrap
-Freezer or a box outside in the snow (brr... its cold in the northern hemisphere right now)
Food things you need:
- Organic Peanut butter / any Organic nut butter the chunkier the better (really trust me on this one even if you don't like chunky nut butter, also the butters other then peanut are much tastier in this recipe i personally use almond butter... its amazing)
-Ganja coconut oil- (make the same way u make butter in a double boiler
setup or crock pot and leave it on the heat for 3 to 4 days for most potency)
-Brown sugar (Preferably organic but the cheep stuff is fine)
-Vanilla Extract (again preferably organic but don't use imitation vanilla it will make it taste like slop)
-Crushed nuts or seeds or random tasty things (IE:chocolate chips, hemp seeds, Sesame seeds, pecans, the left over ganja/ coconut oil mash from making coconut oil ( i save this stuff and use it in curries and random things (like dinner things just add some and it makes it tasty and ganjafied) its quite good and dose not go bad like butter) or whatever sounds tasty to you.
OK so hears the recipe:
-fill the medium bowl with hot water (the hottest your tap has to offer)
-put a goodly dose of ganja coconut oil in the large mug (the coconut oil is in a solid state at room temperature so it needs to be melted to be added to the recipe and the warm water dose it gently so no THC is lost remember don't use the microwave on the oil... microwaves are EVIL i don't even have one and you should throw yours out anyways)
-now place the mug into the bowl of hot water and smoke a bong:bong: while your waiting for the oil to melt ( it helps to use a knife and cut it up into smaller pieces in the mug so it melts easier)
-now your oil is melted in your mug so take it out of the hot water and add your nut butter (i normally use like 1/2-1 Cup depending on how much i am making) mix this till it is all one slimy fully combined mixture.
-next you should add as much brown sugar or slightly more then the amount of peanut butter you added (it should be a slightly grainy mixture and the brown sugar will thicken it up and remember this is to taste so taste it lots during the creation ...gnom,gnom,gnom (pronounced nom))
-ok so now you should add the vanilla, i personally like lots of it but be careful because if you use to much it will have a alcohol taste to it and will need to sit out to let the alcohol evaporate. but so with like 1c nut butter i use about 2 or 3 tablespoons (but i have never measured so this is a guess) so just remember add less to start then work your way up to as much as you want, it takes a good amount to make it super tasty.
- now add your nuts/seeds/whatever for texture (i like lots of them epically nuts high in fat content that help with the absorption)(and on a after note i used sesame seeds and almond butter on my last batch and it was amazing)
-OK do a final really good mix of the paste and taste it to see if it needs anything more before its done and add more of whatever would make it taste dank. now scoop it out onto a sheet of plastic wrap and smooth it out with the back of the spoon (you can also make fun shapes out of it, i make full batch shapes like i made a mushroom a spiral and an armadillo and a pot leaf and some random other stuff...)
-now put it in the freezer for about an hour or 2 (when its done it should be almost the constancy of hard fudge)
-Its done!!!!!!!!!!!! remember to store it in the freezer or it will melt Ps. its also good with coarse salt sprinkled on top.
-finally eat a bunch of it and mellow out for a while or use as a medicinal edible.
