LEAP is a group of former drug-enforcement officers who are now lobbying to legalize marijuana and some other drugs, comparing the current situation to the prohibition of alcohol in the early 20th century.
They have a nice form that you can sign your name to and send to your congressmen to urge legalization, and lots of interesting reading, video and resources.
