One rip from a g bong- how long?

Hey everyone :) I've been 3 years clean but an encounter with an old friend opened up an old habit. I took one rip off of a small gravity bong, and now I need to clean up. I'm currently in the military ( I know I know..) so I need to be clean asap. I work out 3x a week (running, lifting) and am 6'4 / 214 lbs. How long until I'm clean from this one test, otherwise clean encounter?

There is really no telling for sure. TCH is store in fat cells and you seem pretty fit. The only thing left to do is just work out and run as much as possible. Drink plenty of fluids and maintain a regular diet. 1 bong rip is nothing when you haven't smoked in 3 years
