I have 3 big mothers in my Garage, they seem to be getting very cold and we cant figure out a cheap and watt efficent way to warm the vegging ladies healthy. There is also purpling throught all stems. They seem healthy and are maintaing enough, but we are worried about what the future holds in front of us. So my big concern is keeping the electricity from increasing while spending the least amount of money possible.. To inturn warm my plants up!

Are they in a tent? If not, maybe a tent and a small oil radiator in there with them would do the trick. You will need an exhaust fan for air exchange. Or maybe a tent and duct their intake from inside your house.

I'll third the oil heater. I use one and it works like a charm. Try to get one with a thermostat so it isn't always on. That'll save you a few bucks on energy.
how big is the space that NEEDS to be heated?
Skeet.

I use an oil filled heater to. They are the safest to use. I have mine set on a timer to come on when the lights are off.
