need help

is two 8ft floros 65watts bulb type daylight
anothe for 2 plants
got 400 watt hp light for budding
just need to know weather the two floros are
anoth for veggie thanks

You would be better off putting them under the hps.The fluros are best used when your plants are seedling or cuttings.If you use the hps light your plants will grow better then under the fluro,plus they will grow stocky(bushy)under the hps and faster.
