Not much if it is powdered cocaine intended to be snorted.
If you want to smoke cocaine you have to freebase it, put it in a spoon with some baking soda and a little water and apply heat (lighter).

Yeah you can do that, but we call it snowcaps. But freebasing is better.

when you put coke on a blunt or a joint its called a WU(from WU-TANG) it will make your lips numb ass shit, i mean you will feel it but its kinda of a waste
