Places where cops dont care about small pot possessions?

I was wondering where in the world can you go out and buy a couple grams of weed, drive it to your place/house, get pulled over on the way, the cop finds it, and the worst thing you'll have to do is pay a fine or tip them off...

I also hear that in Cuba, if caught with pot you are sentenced to life in prison... As for Japan I heard you can be given a 4-5 year sentence with forced labor for small amounts of weed.. And in Korea, If you test positve in a hairfolacle test you could face up to 6 months in jail...
Also in Saudi Arabia and Somalia (and several other Arabic countries) i heard YOU ARE PUT TO DEATH FOR ANY AMOUNT OF POT/HASH!

Do countries try to be just like the U.S. and sometimes even worse??? I hope I'm wrong!

Please if the knowledgable people of this web site know of any safe spots for small pot possessions, please post them here!

Your best bet is Holland, where small amounts are totally legal. Don't really know the situation in Canada first hand, but it's cool in some areas.

Ann Arbor, Michigan. Small amounts are decriminalized, and most cops will simply take away your stash/piece instead of arresting you. Once, I was toking in my car in a U of M parking lot and a cop rolls up. She told me to leave, and i said okay, and thats as far as it went. Gotta love the college town :jointsmile:

I was watching a news show and the were showing that in san fracisico you could buy weed like in a coffie shop, they were showing the whole thing, I didnt think that a place like that excist here in the U. S., the point of the show was that people who were over 18 would buy it for kids under 18, and that it has become a promblem. anybody here live in frisco? and is that the way it is? we have to change this stupid law.

How about Scotland, England, Belgium, Germany etc... Do other European countries allow small pot possesion only punishable by warnings and fines?

In California cops don't really care about a g or 2 on you...they will either take it and smoke it themselves or make you stomp it out. OR if they are real chill, let you on your way. Best bet though is to move to Alaska...1oz or under is LEGAL in your household. Also having 25 plants or less is LEGAL as well. I just found this out...Alaska is where its at man. I'm going to move up there and smoke a blunt with Sara Palin ahahahaha.

Canberra, Australia. Small fine ($50) if your found smoking in public. Small possessions are usually ignored, unless related to procurring or supply.

Weed isn't actually legal in The Netherlands, small possessions and sales in licenced premises are merely not prosecuted.

only get your weed confiscated in england and maybe a caution at worst.
