Question about Thailand.

Hey everyone, I'm going Thailand this summer (2009) and was wondering if anyone could tell me some cool areas to visit. I don't mean things you find on a tourism website or any thing, I want to see REAL Thailand, not just the beautiful art and buildings in it. Ill be spending a lot of time in Bangkok, but I head up north to the villages for a week as well so i'd like to know of some cool places to check out :thumbsup:. Also, is it hard to find cannabis there, and how legitimate is it to smoke? I don't want to risk getting thrown in jail in Thailand all for a hit haha but if its pretty chill and I can get my hands on some REAL Chocolate Thai...I'd be one happy stoner haha, or even a Chocolate Thai Thaistick! *Drools*...anyways is there a certain word they use around there as well for it I.E. Weed in America, something anyone would know what im talking about. Thanks in advance everyone.
