3 weeks before drug test...recommendations?

hey guys im new to this site...i used to post on overgrow.com regularly until it was taken down... in the last year i have gotten a DUI and possession charge and i have been taking UA's ever since.... i havent smoked for months but after my last ua i indulged a bit because i knew i had a good time period in between probation appts...well i quit smoking about 24 days before i knew i had to take my next UA...i only smoked for a 2 week period..but i smoked A LOT (hash included) ...now my system was completely clean before this 2 week period of smoking.... my question to u guys is: what do u think is the best way to make sure my pee is clean??? i can not substitute because i am supervised and just to give u a little info on myself i am 26 years old...i am 5' 8 and weigh about 165... i have a tread mill that i NEVER use but im thinkin some working out may be in order :)

any info is GREATLY appreciated...for all i know 24 days is long enough for it to be out of my system..but i need to make SURE...i really dont wanna go to jail for smokin a lil bud :) :hippy:

If your system was clean before that 2 week period then 24 days of no smoking, excercising, and maybe a little dilution would do it. Get an at home drug test to see where you stand as you go along. There is a dilution sticky at the top.. read it.

hey thanks for the post... i have read the rules to my probation and it says even a diluted test will be considered positive... so dilution is out of the question...

but im definitely gonna get some at home tests to make sure im clean before i go in...

While a diluted UA does indeed constitute a dirty UA on probation, the reality is that diluted UA's are rather common under such circumstances and it could buy you some time nonetheless. If you have otherwise maintained compliance with the terms and conditions of your probation, revocation on the basis of one diluted sample is unlikely.

Start exercising and eat a high fiber diet with metamucil. Stop exercising a couple days before the UA.
