What releaase THC faster in the blood stream smoke or vapor
Someone from another thread stated that smoking releases the THC faster into your blood stream than vapors does. What do others think??

I know that vaping and smoking you get 2 different highs.
If both the vapor and smoke are absorbed through the lungs, both will hit the blood stream in the same manner at the same time but with different % of THC , vapor has more THC in it.
Its not like your are injecting the THC with a needle into our blood stream or drawng or inhale the THC up your colon then you would get the THC quick:D
I think that both methods of consumtion hit the blood in the same amount of time, although vaping gives you a higher percentage of THC during intake

thats a good question....I would think that if you used the same strain for both methods.....it would be about equal.
Why would thc in smoke get into your body quicker??

I once heard that when you light the weed it will burn some of the THC and you will lose more then if you had the weed in a vape where it sealed it off and you have a consistent temp, and you can increase the temp getting more cannabinoids then that is the better high. THC and Cannabindoil (sorry if misspelled) Are what give you the high feeling, Cannabindoil increase the feeling of the THC.
I could be wrong on this id have to find the research that supports it

WeedMan you're referring to THC loss prior to getting it into your lungs. The question is how quickly the THC that is delivered to your lungs is absorbed. Tokingfool, VapedG13, and Sandm4n all disagree with me and say that vapor=smoke in absorption rate.

To be completely accurate, my statement was vapor is "not as readily absorbed as the THC in smoke".
SMOKE
Studies done in Australia indicate that 95% of the THC in cannabis is absorbed in the first few seconds of inhaling.

VAPOR
Interestingly, the Leiden University study found that as much as 30%â??40% of inhaled THC was not absorbed by the lungs and simply exhaled. However, they did not find large individual differences in the amounts exhaled. Cannabis Vaporizer / Vaporizers FAQ
