Drug Test on Court Date

I have a court date on Wednesday, November 26. Will I have to drug test then because I will meet my Probation officer afterwards. I live in Kalamazoo, MI.

When dealing with PO's.....ALWAYS go prepared to drop. Better to be safe then sorry. For those without a drug charge can often get out of court ordered drug classes if they can pass a drug test. And some with a drug charge can sometimes do the same if not given a way to show them you have done drugs recently.

I agree, it is always better to be safe. When i went to court, the only reason they take you to probation immediately after is to enroll you and to take a few written tests and create your profile.
