im setting up a growroom.the walls are concrete.i dont want to paint the walls white.would hanging white sheets have the same effect?i dont wont to put up mylar or foil due to the fact i want that area as quiet as possible and those materials tend to make noise when the fans are on.white sheets yay or nay any suggestions would be helpful.
It might make cleaning more difficult and trap moisture and thus mould, not to mention a fire risk if it came down onto the hot bulb. White plastic sheeting is good stuff and doesn't flop around and make noise if it is secured down properly.
Sunleaves makes a reflective wall covering called Ultreflect...It's much easier to work with than mylar...Quiet and can be wiped clean unlike mylar...I'm using it for the first time, and I recommend it highly...I can't see myself ever using mylar again...:stoned:
