Few questions about dilution

Here's a quick snapshot of my employment situation.

I am working for a railroad contracting company for which I had to take a pre-employment drug test as well as have had Federal Transit Authority / DOT testing now that I am employed.

I now have the job and have passed the all of the above mentioned tests. I wouldn't trade this job for a million dollars and want to keep it but still want to indulge on my time off.

I work for periods of 6-8 weeks and get 2 weeks time off then go back to work again. I only smoke durring that time off.

I have read all of the threads on dillution, substitution, truth about drug testing, etc.

The only reason I would be tested is a neglegent act which ruined equipment, endangered safety, or the very rare random for suspicion of intoxication.

What I'm looking for is a method of dillution that will always keep me prepared to test. As far as I understand I could stay very well hydrated so that my piss would be clear. Then keep some vitamin b on me incase they tell me I have to test. Discretly pop it on the way and should be pissing a dilluted yellow.

Questions and concerns about this are below:

1. What vitamin B do I need B12 B-Complex?
2. What about creatine levels? Are they tested in the initial strip test? Will they become to low if I dilute and how can I keep them elevated?
3. What OTC meds cause false positives. I would have them on hand and say I took one of them if I failed.
4. Is the second vial for the more expensive test considered a confirmatory retest? My paperwork allows a confirmatory retest for a positive result.

Since youre taking a DOT test, and DOT tests are not observed unless there is cause, why not just substitute?

To answer the 4 questions:

1) B2, as outlined in the Dilution sticky

2) Validity testing is mandatory on all DOT urine specimens. Creatinine and specific gravity will be checked to determine a diluted sample. For tips on maintaining acceptable levels, read the Dilution sticky. Or use the Search button.

3) Sorry...Only cannabis can be discussed in the forums. All other drugs are off-topic. The confirmation GC/MS eliminates false positives by identifying the exact substance and its quantitative level. The GC/MS can distinguish between illicit substances and OTC/scripted meds.

4) In split-sample situations (mandatory on DOT specimen collections), sample 'B' is put away while sample 'A' undergoes the analysis. If a donor opts to challenge the results of sample 'A' , then sample 'B' gets tested, primarily to rule out lab error.

Alright answer to #4 made #3 irrelevant.

I can't rely on substitution because if I cause an accident you go directly to get tested (after you stop bleeding, jk). So I'd have to wear the water, powder, and warmer at all times.

That was kinda the point of my post. What can I do to stay diluted all the time?

As far as I understand:
Gatoraid/Water hydrated to point where pissing clear daily
Take creatine supliments and/or eating red meat daily
If tested take 10x recomended daily does of vitamin B2 or B Complex for color 1-2 hours before test
am I missing anything by condensing the 3 day long process in the dilution thread into this daily always ready routine?

Your best bet is going to be picking up some cheap thc strips off ebay. I pay about $1.25 each.
Subbing is still an option with synthetic urine. I bumped a trailer once and had to go for a UA. I just keep the synthetic urine and heat pad in my pocket. As soon as it happened I knew they were going to test me so I just activated the heat pad and moved both to my crotch. Stall for about a half hour and temp was at 96

There are brands of synthetic that are premixed and ready to go (Quick Fix synthetic comes to mind).

I was thinking I could use number 3, say I ate poppy seeds (I realize that isn't true when both tests are conducted.) Then ask for a retest and with time having passed be able to dilute below acceptable levels. However if the split sample is the means for a retest, it doesn't matter, you only get one chance. My contract outlines a confirmatory retest at employees expense to veryify a false positive. I thought that meant you get to piss again. Instead it looks like it means they just test the second vial from the same day.

I realize I could use Quickfix. Getting it out on the job might be difficult as it would have to come through company mail, we hotel hop. My company also offers rehab programs and I think if I got caught subbing it would be worse for my employment than just going to rehab and being laid off while I do that.

Substitution is deceitful and shows lack of integrity, while getting caught diluting seems to be more just an unwilling admission of guilt. From an employer's standpoint no offense meant.

I think I'm gonna get some Quickfix overnighted to the hotel I'm at. Just to be safe. I smoked most of my two weeks off. Only about a 1/4 over 2 weeks but will piss dirty if something were to happen. Last time off I had the disciplin to smoke only the first day and stay clean the next two weeks. :stoned:

The QF seems like 100% peace of mind for now. When I'm on time off again I can perfect my method of dilution/staying diluted that works for my body.

B-Complex Chewable 50ct from Solaray

If you want to always be ready for the dilution method, you might try keeping chewable B-vitamins on you. They don't taste that great, but a chewable (or liquid) B-vitamin will act much more quickly than a capsule.

Or! You could try Vitamin Water in "Revive" or "Stress B" flavors throughout the day for a discreet way to consume B vitamins regularly.

And being hydrated is always a good idea, drug test or no.
