bag seed breeding help please

ok i currently have 11 that are a crap shoot but if i found good male/female and breed with known female/male will the offspring be good or will it be a crapshoot (other then genetics not passin on etc.) like if i found a good female wouldits offspring be a crapshoot like




stable plant one x stable plant 2 = offspring 1,



stable plant 3 x stable plant 4 = offspring 2,


Offspring 1 x offspring 2 = plant phenotypes from stable plant 1,2,3,4 (i think?)




But with bagseed x stable plant would i just see super phenotype variation?

mind you this is mids that have no name that are just a bunch of seeds thrown in the grown, those get seeded dried and sold and they just grab random more seeds and just toss and go again



cause if so that would mean ibls and lots of work.. :(

hey man, i had a purple male, that i crossed when my mother, got about 30 seeds, didnt want alot, but i am growing the offspring and some they arent completely stable i will probably try and stabalize them when i find a nice pheno i like that turns female, and one that turns male, i germinated 10 seeds... 8 have survived one is male right now, but just saying mine where bagseed, and i mean they arent completely stable because a few are growing 3 leaves then 5 leaves o0n the opposite side, hope this doesnt continue they are only a month old, but goodluck to you

ok thanks, im thinkin ill probably get a bunch of phenos so ill prolly take my known female and really get a that male pumpin pollen, lots of searchin tho to find it.. :(

thats an awesome trait tho! i would inbreed that and call it mutant putrid (inbreed with a super stanky strain :D)

If you want to see a basic genetic mock up of the two plants. Look up a Punentt Square. Read about, see how it works. This could give you some insight into what your plants might be if the numbers are on your side, but still most of it is up to chance.
