Pheno Question again

I have been growing outdoors for 6 years and this is the first year I have actually bought good seeds.I usually get seeds from friends that turn out to be a B grade strain. I recently bought 5 different strains from Attitude which I got in 10 days. Yesterday I ordered Cinderella 99 F2 and C99 X Apollo11 from Hemp Depot. Heres my question. Ive learned how to pollenate with the stuff I was growing but not looking for phenos or anything just strait cross breeding for practice. I understand kinda what a pheno is but how do I know what to look for with each individual strain I ordered? Say like the C99 that I really want to make some good beans from, what exactly do I look for in the plant? Thank you for any advice.
