Sealed room folks - would this work?

I am planning out a sealed room hydro grow in my unfinished basement. The plan is to vent the 1000W HPS light outside the room, and locate the ballast outside as well, to minimize heat buildup. I've been looking at various A/C and heater units. I came across this unit, which struck me as perfect for my application. Not having any experience with this, though, I thought I'd ask the folks who've been there.

Would appreciate your thoughts on this ac/heater/dehumidifier/circulating fan unit --> SNO 12000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner with Heat Pump - Silver ARC-12H

It does consume almost as much power as the 1000w HPS, but I don't anticipate it will be running all the time. It's also very quiet, and the timer would allow me to set temps for lights & co2 on (90) and off (75).

Seems to have everything one would need. Or am I missing something?
