Heavy User

Here are the facts.

I have been smoking daily for the past 6 months.
I am 6'1" 220 slow metabolism
Drug test - Unknown but most likely > than 2 weeks

Apart from regular exercise, increased fluids, new diet, regular vitamins, and abstaining from smoking; what else should i do? Also, what is the best 2 week program out on the market because I do not wish to pay upwards of 50 dollars and stick to a 2 week program of rules for no results. Has anyone else used a 2 week cleansing program that worked. PLEASE HELP?

Who is having you drug tested?

I am not sure yet but I am assuming most employers now a days drug test post job offering, so it will most likely be with the standard drug testing facilities.

For employment-related U/A's, you should consider subbing with a clean sample or synthetic sample if you were a heavy user.
