im about to start a mj grow with ak47 and thai x skunk , 2 plants of each on ebb and flow, under 400 w mh/hps bulbs. i have everything im just procrastinating im scared to ruin my seedsand mess up. should i just go for it?

I wouldn't germinate them all on your first run. Would save half of each strain, in case something happens.
Best to learn on bagseed, but since you've already have the retail genetics...I'd go for it.
Would search for growlogs of the strains, so you can see what the needs of that strain are.
400w is overkill for seedlings and young clones...be careful of overheating them. CFL bulbs are fantastic for starting youngsters.
I agree that practicing on bag seed is a GREAT way to test your system and make sure you won't lose valuable seeds to an avoidable mistake.
