thoughts on Pennsylvanian weed

I live in Bedford county, and the weed here SUCKS. its all over priced too.. im pretty sure the potency doesnt go over 2%, its all seedy and such.. 35-40$ an 8th, if you got good connections you can get for 30$(like me :) ) Whats the price of weed else where in pennsylvania? does the weed suck balls like it does here? Just curious if the shitty weed and the prices are just a county thing.. or if its like that elsewhere in the state.

in the Burgh, it's about $60 for an eight of headies, $40 for beasters, and $70 for a half ounce. however it's been dry lately so people have been gauging lately (had one guy offer me an eigth of beasters for $90...ridiculous
