Not sure if this is the best section for this thread, but i need input from fellow growers.
If you had an unlimited amount of money for Materials/Lighting/Nutrients/Hydro/Testers/Meters/Any Breakthrough Items for growing. What would you invest in and what would you believe would make "The Ultimate Grow Room"

Closed air-cooling system that takes in outside air to cool bulbs, sealed to prevent odor leaks, COMPLETELY separate from room exhaust and cooling system, with insulated ducting.
Ducted air conditioning.
Best bulbs you can find. Hortis ftw.
CO2 on a true environmental controller.
Purchased clones from a clone supplier to dedicate your energy to flowering perfectly, or a large and clean cloning facility where you can keep mothers large enough to stock your whole grow.
A grow style that you, the grower, are comfortable with.
A type of fertilizer system that you like. Mmmm....(shameless plug) Canna Bio system, right down to the LIVE soil that smells like the forest floor after a rain. I assume you are a coop/caregiver? Fully organic grows are highly regarded in the medical community.
And most important of all: A head full of learnin'.
Oh, fun! Ok, here's my perfect "Somebody just handed me a sh!t-ton of cash" setup:
BLOOM ROOM:
10' x 10' room with four 600 watt HPS lights in cool-tube fixtures
AC unit and electric baseboard heat to keep temps the proper range
Ebb & Flow hydro system with individual containers connected to a single 'bus line' running along three walls of the room with quick release connections to allow a plant to quickly be added or removed.
CO2 system and room exhaust with carbon scrubber and ion generator.
VEG ROOM:
Also 10'x10', separated from the bloom room by a sliding/pocket door. Similar AC and heat as Bloom room.
Two Ebb & Flow trays under a 5 bulb T-5 fixtures for plants headed into the bloom chamber, Bubble cloner under fluorescent fixture, one floor to ceiling cabinet split between equipment/supply storage and a library of mother plants under CFL. Small Breeding cabinet with it's own vent system for male plants. Drying cabinet, utility sink, small workstation table.
Other goodies: Inline PH/PPM meters for both Veg and Bloom. Good USB microscope connected to a cheap laptop. Sulfur burners to avoid pests. Cannalyse (sp?) testing kits. Seed collection for a number of good true-breeding strains.
Ahhhhh.... Gonna have good dreams tonight :-)
