i was wondreing how much light i should use for my gro box i have a 4x2 feet grow box with a t-5 flo -light is this enough

One T5, no.
A fixture that holds a bank of T5, yes.
T5 is outstanding for veg.
If you intend to flower with it, keep your canopy LOW, SHALLOW, and FLAT.
Moving to 'grow'.
