Vegitative Lighting Help!
Right now my veg room has a 2x4 foot flood table that is pumping water from a reservoir to a dripper that waters my clones and seedlings and drains back to the reservoir. my question is i recently bought a t8 reflector with built in ballast that's running a t8 cool white, and warm white light, the reflector is around 1 foot in length horizontal, i would like to place one of the light fixtures close to my seedlings and clones and the other one higher to my mother plant similar to the image below would this be a bad idea or good idea?
I drew this image on a program on my computer while i was on a completely different level (if you know what i mean) so lol its just to give you a good idea of what im talkinG about!

i also posted 3 links because i dont know which one will work for you all.
My veg room currently contains a 4ft length 2 foot width flood table that i would like to place my seedlings, clones and mother plant in, i want to purchase two reflectors 4 foot t8 with warm/cool white bulbs in each, one focused on my seedlings and clones and the other reflector raised higher for my mother plant will this setup work efficently and if so how many mother plants and clones will i be able to grow provided the light emmited and space my flood table provides.

Merged 2 threads. Also, please do not bump posts from 2004, thanks. Almost invariably the growers are no longer on site and the plants were smoked years ago...
