i dont use moisture control cause i like to add nutes twice a week and it seems to stay wet a lil to long since i have to plain water in between feedings so i use seed starter peat moss with root juice for my clonies
You can MAKE it work if you understand that it WILL hold moisture more than regular soil and plan accordingly. Drainage and light waterings are important. Moisture control soils are best suited for outdoor planters in warm, arid climates where water loss through transpiration and evaporation are huge factors in your grow.
That makes good sense. My last grow, during the winter of 2007; I was never able to get the humidity in my grow room above 45%, the whole grow. It averaged 25-45% humidity/temps, low 80's...yikes....:(Quote:
