lightproofing problem

ok so box is built but one proble,... cant seem to get a suitable door. its pretty much a 6 sided box withone of the sides open right now but iwant to close it up so it is light tight.. im using panda plastic so if anyone has ideas of how to use this to create a door and making it light tite at the same time id appreciate them very much. i tried velcro but way too hard lining it up. i was thinking of putting a ziipper in but not sure exactly how to do that.. anyone ever tried this?

to sumarize my questions since its all kind of jarbled together..
1. What ways could I make a door with panda plastic (I also have plywood but i think that might be a little more trouble)
2. Can I cut out a door and put a zipper in? And if so can someone tell me what kind of zipper i need to buy so that it makes the seal light tight?

I believe they have a tarp zipper at lowes or homedepot. If not, search ebay for tarp zipper. You just peel the tape off on side and stick it on your panda plastic. Then unzip it and make a slit in the plastic. Very easy. I left a flap on mine to make it more light proof, but they work great and are cheap.

I tried one of those, mine was not anywhere close to light tight. Had to trash it.

Thats why I had to leave a flap on the inside of the zipper. I let one side overlap the other, then, carefully, stuck the other side of the zipper to the other piece of plastic, giving me an overlap. Keeps light out/in.
