The Contest
We are almost done the design and coding of our brand new, fully functional website, but there's been a small snag. Being a coder, my graphics skills are lacking, and we need a new top banner/logo for the site. Something professional looking, that doesn't stereotype our group, yet makes it very clear we're pro-pot/pro-reform.
So with that in mind, our only requirements are:

1. Fits in 1024 * 150, and needs a version scaled to 800 * 118 for use as an email header graphic
2. Fits the color scheme of the site
3. Can incorporate a menubar that is 660 * 22
4. Has the Liberty Bell with the crack turning into a pot leaf somewhere, and the words "National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws", and "Philadelphia Chapter" or "PhillyNORML" prominently displayed
5. Is not hand drawn - we want a clean graphic. If you use a tablet to draw on a computer, that's cool though as long as it looks professional

Now, this isn't a requirement, but it's been requested that you try to incorporate our current official logo (http://www.phillynorml.org/images/phillynormlsmall.jpg, high quality is http://www.phillynorml.org/images/co...godoclarge.psd) into the new graphic in some fashion.
For example, one idea was to have the official logo wrapped in an American flag, flowing to the side into the text; another is to have the liberty bell graphic logo with pictures of a diverse group of regular people (or a single person with a burning joint in his mouth), fading into the text.
We will be accepting submissions until we find what we are looking for, but ideally we really don't want thins to go on for more than a week or so. If we like what you make, we may ask you to make a couple small alterations so it's perfect.

To submit an entry, you can either post it here in this thread, or email it to [email protected] . If you email it, make sure you put "Contest-Logo" in the subject.
