Lighting Advice and some

Im starting a new project, have 5 feminized master kush seeds that are germinating right now and I haven't decided what type of lights I am going to use. I have thought about getting flourescent tubes for vegging, but should I just go with a metal halide since i am going to need a ballast anyways for the hps light? I do have some money to work with, but definately looking for the most efficent and economical way. I am using 5 gallon buckets with hydroponics built into them, also looking into what nutrients I should use? Any advice?

how are you planning on doing your grow? soil? hydro? and how much do you have to spend on a light? here's a link to a 299.99 USD light setup. It has everything you need except ducting for cooling. give us details please.
