What is a good time to take clones ? I know its best in veg but what if i want to do it during flowering. I took some a few days ago but i need more and i don't want to stress my plant's that much. Is it ok a week or two into flowering?? Also when cant i take clones how far into the grow would it be bad to do so. Any suggestions would be great also tips or tricks you might have.I have rapid root and a cloning tray with a 25" t5 over head.............. :joint1:

Your plants are single-cola and if you take a clone it would have to be from the top, which would not only stress teh plant but also make your main bud site go away... = LOST YIELD.
You should take clones 2 weeks before flowering to avoid this.
Do you have a TALL dome for your tray? Read the cloning part of the 1st link in my sig. Is it a single t5 strip or a fixture? Single strip = 10" away, fixture= 2 feet away. Too much light = wilty clones that don't root well.
i have a dome with a t5 strip over head ...... i was hoping to take clones once i fugure out the sex of the plant

LOL great ill give them a read threw ..... I will have to pull some clones later on in the grow at least i hope i can once i figure out the sex.....:wtf: Are big fan leaves ok to clone with??
You gotta have a couple nodes too; that's where the undifferentiated cells are concentrated. Like stem cells kinda, in plants!
